About the job:
Contentsquare is looking for a dynamic Sr Manager, Partner Sales who will be a key member of our growing global partnerships team across APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline, supporting sales efforts with our new logo and existing business team by working with key Solution, Technology and Cloud Partners. You will be responsible for building and penetrating new partners and using existing partnerships to drive sales. The role will be aligned with Account Executives in your assigned territory. In addition to sales teams, you will be responsible for collaborating with marketing and other departments in the region to grow pipeline and partner mindshare.
In this truly cross-functional opportunity at our high-growth company, you will take initiative and ownership when helping implement new business and partnership opportunities in the field, while being a trusted and valued resource to our teams to close sales deals.
What you’ll do:
Partnership Development & Strategy:
- Identify and develop high-impact referral, solution, technology and cloud partnerships within the region
- Create a tiered partnership strategy, prioritizing partners that drive the highest volume and quality of customer leads
- Develop business cases for new partnerships, demonstrating how they align with Contentsquare's GTM strategy and revenue goals.
Partner Acquisition & Enablement:
- Prospect, pitch, and secure partnership agreements with leading Business & Solution Partners
- Structure co-marketing initiatives, joint sales motions, and integration opportunities that drive mutual value.
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners understand how to effectively refer customers and position Contentsquare
Revenue Growth & Performance Management:
- Own the Partner pipeline, tracking partner-driven leads and optimizing conversion rates with the Sales team.
- Establish KPIs and regularly report on partner contribution to revenue, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Work with Marketing to launch partner campaigns, co-branded content, and joint webinars to increase lead generation.
Relationship Management & Expansion:
- Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate renewals, expansions, and revenue-sharing structures with partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners in the region, acting as a trusted advisor in their growth strategy.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Extensive experience in channel management/partner sales and new business sales experience in marketing SaaS and relationships with leading solution partners/digital agencies that deliver analytics and insights, UX and digital experiences.
- You have experience working with AWS and Azure Cloud Marketplaces as well as Data Partners like Snowflake and Databricks
- You have an intrinsic drive to be successful, with a solid net new sales track record in exceeding assigned individual quota.
- You have experience closing deals using Solutions, Tech and Cloud Partners
- You are competitive and understand how to communicate internally and externally to drive deals forward.
- You thrive in high-velocity environments.
- You are collaborative and have experience working closely with sales/marketing teams.
