About the role:
Contentsquare is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving pipeline and customer engagement across EMEA Central, North, and MENAT. Reporting into the Regional Senior Director Marketing, this role focuses on delivering impactful events and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to support regional business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage a variety of engaging and impactful events, including owned and third-party events (virtual, hybrid, and on-site).
- Manage and track the assigned budget diligently.
- Oversee all event logistics, such as coordinating speakers, managing suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution on the event day.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize event impact and align with business objectives.
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer teams to create and deliver an effective event strategy that drives pipeline and new client acquisition.
- Partner with design, content, and video teams to produce promotional materials such as emails, landing pages, social posts, and videos.
- Lead multi-channel promotional efforts to drive event registrations and attendance through email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Write and proof-read creative content for campaigns and use automation tools to enhance performance.
- Development and implement ABM programs to engage high-value accounts through personalized campaigns.
- Align closely with the sales team to target key accounts and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and report on the performance of events and campaigns to ensure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in managing events and marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, preferably on an international scale.
- Fluent in German with Native-Like Proficiency, and advanced English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal abilities, and confident interacting with senior personnel
- Strong business acumen and the ability to track ROI of events and campaigns
- Ability to work well in teams, particularly in collaboration with sales and creative departments.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation tool)
- Experience in working with Zoom, Bizzaboo or other virtual event platforms
