We’re looking for an Finance Data Analyst to join the team in Paris as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Corporate FP&A Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance department.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to company transformation by implementing and adapting processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Turn existing time-consuming processes into sustainable and scalable automated tasks when possible
  • Provide to internal stakeholders relevant information and dashboards for key decision making
  • Ensure monthly Group financial management information pack
  • Definition and maintenance of Contentsquare financial data model (dimensions, allocations rules, etc)
  • Data quality management and governance across systems
  • Participation to company transverse projects : BI implementation, ERP change, CRM improvement
  • Develop reporting & analysis through BI tool to allow faster & better decision making for the business
  • Pigment administration : management of permissions, versions, dimensions, etc
  • Actuals integration and monthly reporting
  • Systems evolutions implementation to go along ERP and others systems changes
  • P&L Planning model maintenance and improvement
  • Expansion of planning model towards balance sheet and cash forecast (360 forecast)
  • Monthly actual revenue analysis of topline performance
  • Budget and Forecast revenue projection
  • SaaS KPI production

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Min 2-5 years of experience as a FP&A or BI team, preferably in fast-paced environment.
  • Appetency for business intelligence & data analytics is key
  • Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Data analytics, Business Intelligence
  • Proficient in English & French is a must have
  • Good analytical skills, allowing to create actionable outcome for business partners
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel.
  • Proactive, flexible and easily adaptive to changing conditions
  • Organised with a project vision, ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
  • Curious and eager to learn in a challenging yet very exciting environment
  • Experience of database management, planning tools or Business Intelligence models is a plus
  • Background in professional services or subscription revenue environment would be a plus.
