About the job:
Contentsquare is looking for a strategic, analytical, and action-oriented Partner Operations Manager to support the Partnerships team. Reporting directly to Field Operations with a dotted line into the Partnerships Leadership team, this role will work cross-functionally to support the day-to-day and strategic needs of the broader Partnerships organization.
The Partner Operations Manager will support the team’s goals through processes, systems, data, and reporting. With a keen understanding of the Contentsquare business and Partnerships Strategy, the focus of this role will be on running and improving the processes that are critical for the success of our partnerships, while ensuring a positive partner experience. You are a problem solver who will need to work with a variety of teams including finance, accounting, operations, marketing, and BI.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and improve dashboards that report on key business metrics that the Partnership team tracks and relies on for forecasting and decision-making (via Clari, Salesforce, and other BI tools as necessary)
  • Maintain, create, and improve data tools that partners or internal teams use daily to manage and grow our strategic partnerships
  • Select, manage, and maintain Partner Systems such as Sales Alignment Tools (Reveal & Crossbeam), Partner Portal (Impartner), Partner Enablement and Certification platforms (SkillJar), Slack Integrations, and more.
  • Own and improve certain Partner Operations processes, mostly related to partner revenue share collection, partner onboarding, partner payouts, and partner referral management
  • Collaborate with the Partner Programs lead in staying up to date on the changing landscape of our Partner program structures, incentives and benefits to help ensure systems and processes are staying ahead of upcoming changes and we’re fully capitalizing on initiatives that will benefit our strategy.
  • Support the Cloud Alliances team (within the Partnerships team) via the creation and management of Private Offers in the Microsoft Partner Center and AWS Marketplace Management Portals.
  • Update Salesforce with the appropriate fields and functionality to support the Partnerships team in tracking key activities such as partner involvement, partner health, and the respective reporting as necessary.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic priorities. Examples of questions this person’s reporting and systems may help answer include: where should we focus to grow a specific partnership? Has a specific partnership pilot been successful? How should we allocate resources across partners to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction? What types of activities drive increases in deal win rates, deal cycles, and shorter sales cycles?

Additional duties as needed:

  • Support in the creation of Slide Deck templates used to facilitate team meetings such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Leadership Committee meetings.
  • Support in updating MBR, QBR, and other necessary presentations with key performance metrics such as Partner Attach Rate, Partner Impact, Pipeline, and Close-Won Revenue metrics
  • Maintain internal and external Slack Channels and Email Aliases

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 4 - 10 years of experience in transversal initiative management or consulting in a B2B setting
  • Educated to degree level
  • Track record of delivery - complex, strategic initiatives to build and evolve the business
  • A desire to get involved, influence, drive change & see the impact of that change
  • Proactive with commercial awareness & an ability to take the lead
  • Experience using SalesForce, Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets, Powerpoint / Google Slides
  • Excellent people skills & the ability to influence at all levels

Nice to have:

  • Experience of strategic project / program management, change management & strategy in a fast paced organization
  • Previous experience working with Partnerships
