Vous cherchez un stage de 6 mois pour valider votre Master 2 en droit social ? Vous préparez le CAPA et cherchez un stage de PPI en droit social?
Ce stage de 6 mois offre la possibilité d'être exposé à un environnement dynamique, vous donnant l'opportunité d'apprendre et d’évoluer au sein d’une scale-up.
Vous interviendrez en support dans le cadre de toute mission relevant du champ d’action des relations sociales ou de l’application du droit social en France. Vos missions seront les suivantes :
1/ Relations individuelles :
- Vous conseillez et accompagnez les équipes People (People Ops, HRBP, CPO) sur toute question relative au droit du travail ;
- Vous participez à la gestion des dossiers disciplinaires ;
- Vous assistez l’équipe juridique sur les dossiers précontentieux et contentieux en matière de droit du travail
- Vous analysez la faisabilité juridique des projets de la société.
2/ Relations collectives :
- Vous assistez l’équipe dans la préparation des réunions des instances représentatives du personnel (CSE, commissions santé sécurité/égalité professionnelle...): préparation des convocations/ODJ, relecture des PV, etc.. ;
- Vous participez à la préparation et négociation d'accords collectifs ;
- Vous assistez l’équipe dans la préparation des documents obligatoires (mise à jour du DUER, PAPRIPACT, bilan social, bilan santé sécurité...) ; D’une façon générale, vous contribuez au dialogue social.
3/ Veille juridique et recherches :
- Vous effectuez des recherches juridiques ;
- Vous assurez une veille juridique en droit social (analyse des actualités légales, conventionnelles (SYNTEC) et jurisprudentielles).
A propos de vous :
- Vous êtes en dernière année ou diplômé(e) d'un Master 2 en droit social, ou en préparation du CRFPA ou à la recherche d’un stage en tant qu’élève-avocat ;
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe, avez le sens du service et de l'écoute ;
- Vous avez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle, vous êtes orienté(e) vers la recherche de solutions, vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes curieux(se) et proactif(ve) ;
- Dans un environnement en constante évolution, vous saurez faire preuve d'organisation, d'adaptabilité et de flexibilité.
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requise. Une troisième langue serait appréciée.

As a Legal Intern, you responsibilities will be divided in three parts:
1/ Individual relations:
- Advise and support the Human Resources Team (People Operations, Human Resources Business Partners, Chief people Officer) on all issues related to employment law in our different jurisdictions;
- Support the Legal team in pre-litigation and employment litigation matters;
- Perform analysis of the legal feasibility of company projects.
2/ Collective relations:
- Help the team in preparing meetings with the staff representatives (CSE, health, safety and professional equality commissions...): invitations/agenda, review of minutes, etc.
- Draft collective agreements and participating in the negotiation of agreements;
- Assist with the drafting of required documents under French law (DUER update, PAPRIPACT, health and safety balance assessment, etc.);
Provide support in the general management of labor relations.
3/ Legal update monitoring and research:
- Provide legal research and update monitoring,
- Ensure legal surveillance in employment law (analysis of legal, conventional (SYNTEC) and jurisprudential updates).
About You:
- You are a Master 2 graduate or were recently admitted to a French bar and hold a Master degree in Labor and Employment.
- You enjoy working as part of a team, have a flair for service and listening, are interested in the constraints of the business and your interpersonal skills will make you a valued associate.
- You're a good writer, solution-oriented, you're able to analyse and summarize, and you're curious and creative.
- In a fast paced environment, you will need to be organised, adaptable and flexible.
- An excellent command of written and spoken French and English is required. A third language would be appreciated.
