About the role:
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Lot Attendant (Evening Shift) role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
What you’ll do:
- Safely move vehicles in and out of the lot
- Park and organize vehicles efficiently to maintain lot order
- Assist the production managers in keeping the lot clean and well-maintained
- Monitor lot inventory and report any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with basic lot maintenance and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding vehicle locations
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies when operating vehicles
- Help coordinate vehicle movement during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
- License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
It’d be great if you have:
- Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, or automotive production
- Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes

Wage: $20.00 + 1.50 Shift Premium
