About the Role

We’re looking for a Toronto-based Creative Team—an Art Director and Copywriter duo—who can help us grab the country’s attention and turn a brief into Canada’s next standout advertising campaign. This is a short-term contract engagement (approximately 1–2 months) tied to a single campaign project. This is not a full-time role.

As seasoned creative partners, you’ll work closely with our in-house team to concept, develop, and shape breakthrough ideas that connect with audiences across channels. You understand how to craft compelling narratives, build visual worlds, and bring big ideas to life—all while keeping business goals and brand strategy at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and concept full advertising campaigns from the ground up.
  • Ideate and present campaign concepts to internal stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
  • Craft omnichannel execution concepts that extend across digital, social, OOH, print, and more.
  • Refine value propositions and messaging to sharpen clarity and impact.
  • Build the structural foundation of a campaign, from the big idea to supporting creative elements.
  • Provide +1 ideas that push the work further and unlock new creative angles.
  • Create strategically grounded, insight-driven creative that ladders up to business goals.
  • Capture attention and make noise, delivering work designed to stand out and perform.

Skills & Experience

  • Must apply as a Creative Team (Art + Copy pair).
  • Must be based in Toronto.
  • Ability to work in-office for collaboration and working sessions as needed.
  • Open to speculative applications.
