About the Role:
Clutch is looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join the Marketing team and be an integral part of turning Clutch into a household name.
In this position, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work cross functionally with various teams such as Creative, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales.
What you’ll do:
- Drive Social Strategy - You’ll lead the development of Clutch’s organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Build out content pillars and a content calendar for growth, engagement, and audience development. You’ll identify what success looks like for each channel and establish a consistent brand voice and content cadence.
- Test, Learn and Optimize - You’ll design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to uncover what drives performance across our channels. You’ll analyze results, share insights, and adjust strategies based on data, continuously refining content to improve engagement and reach. Additionally, you will lead the RFP for a social listening tool.
- Create High Impact Content - You’ll concept, film, produce and edit social content anything from short form videos and stills to some graphics. You should be fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop, and comfortable shooting and editing for different formats and platforms.
- Champion the Brand on Social - You will ensure all social content reflects clutch’s brand voice, visual identity and tone. You will act as the steward of our brand online.
- Monitor Trends and Competitors - You will stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates and competitor activity. You will bring new ideas and inspiration to the table regularly to help us maintain innovation on the platform.
- Measure and Report - You will track key performance metrics across platforms, analyze what’s working and prepare insights and recommendations to guide the future strategy.
You’ll be great in this role if:
- You’ve got 4-6 years of work experience at either a startup, agency or brand.
- You have a bachelor degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- You are fluent in editing software programs such as but not limited to Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut and photoshop.
- You are comfortable navigating fast-paced changing environments.
- You are a self-starter and motivated to take ownership without being asked.
- You are eager to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the brand succeed.
- You want to have a direct impact on building Canada’s next household name.
