About the Role
Clutch is looking for an Outbound Field Specialist (Customer Service Delivery Advocate) to be the face of our company.
Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch team member customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive, and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do

Deliver a uniquely special experience to every customer.

Safely operate a flatbed truck (Isuzu NRR, single-car hauler) to transport and deliver vehicles directly to customers across Southern Ontario.

Serve as the face of the company, providing top-tier customer service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Conduct vehicle inspections, identifying any cosmetic concerns to maintain quality standards.

Accurately complete customer paperwork and record details in the customer tracking system.

Document all inspections and compliance checks in the Motive electronic logbook, following safety and regulatory requirements.

Work collaboratively with team members and assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

License: Valid G Driver’s License (Ontario).

Driving Record: Clean abstract with no major infractions.

Background Check: Must pass a clean criminal background check.

Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week), including one weekend day.

Flexibility: Able to work between Mississauga and Etobicoke locations.
Nice to Have

Valid OMVIC License – or willingness to obtain (we’ll help you get it!).

Passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Experience with warranty products or customer support.
