As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily tasks, optimizing service quality, and fostering a collaborative environment for sustained growth.

Shift: M-F 10am-6:30pm
Location: Hayward, CA
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-level customer service
- Driver support
- Pickup carrier management
- Pickup report management
- Coordinate with the dock supervisor and provide support for a successful daily dock launch
- Open Job Report Management
- Pickup dispatch management
- Assign B2B / B2C
- Manually build jobs when needed
- Provide ETAs when requested
- Ad-hoc delivery/pickup coverage
- Attend weekly operations meeting
- Tracking/Tracing
- Input rate adjustments
What You’ll Need
- Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet
- Demonstrable skills in customer support and satisfaction
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technology
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks
