  • Build strong partnerships with product, analytics, brand, and engineering teams. Identify growth opportunities, manage dependencies, and drive collaborative optimization efforts.
  • Continuously improve processes and operations. Streamline workflows, establish best practices, and stay current with email marketing standards and emerging trends.

  • Email Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns in B2C. Deep understanding of email strategy, segmentation, and performance optimization through testing.
  • Platform Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Iterable or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms. Understanding of email deliverability, list management, and personalization capabilities.
  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Proven expertise designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests with strong statistical literacy. Comfortable with BI platforms (e.g., Looker) to independently explore data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify metrics and KPIs, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HTML for customizing email templates.
  • Communication & Partnership: Excellent communication skills translating complex data into clear insights. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic planning. Proactively identifies opportunities and challenges, and brings a growth mindset to the role.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members
  • SQL proficiency for data analysis
