An Integrated Campaign Manager ensures all B2B marketing efforts—from emails and social media to events and product announcements—are working together in a unified, cohesive way. Instead of disparate, uncoordinated efforts, this person creates a single, powerful narrative that resonates with property management companies and owners at every touchpoint.
What's the Impact?
- Amplified Brand Message: By coordinating messaging across all channels, this role creates a consistent and memorable brand identity. When a potential partner sees an ad, then receives a follow-up email, and then sees a consistent message on LinkedIn, it builds trust and recognition.
- Increased Efficiency and ROI: This role avoids wasted resources and duplicated efforts. The manager uses tools like Iterable and Salesforce to track performance, allowing them to optimize campaigns, reallocate budget to the most effective channels, and prove the return on investment. This data-driven approach ensures every dollar spent on marketing is working as hard as possible.
- Stronger Sales and Marketing Alignment: The manager acts as a bridge between the marketing team's strategy and the sales team's needs. By defining clear campaign goals and sharing performance metrics through a system like Salesforce, they ensure that marketing is generating high-quality leads that the sales team can successfully convert. This collaboration is crucial for a B2B business with a long sales cycle.
- Smarter Product Adoption: The manager isn't just focused on new business; they also play a key role in product marketing. By planning and executing campaigns around new features or services, they drive adoption and growth within the existing customer base, increasing customer lifetime value.
What's the Role?
As the Integrated Campaign Manager for Apartment List's B2B side, you'll be a key driver in shaping, launching, and optimizing our integrated campaigns. Your work will focus on growing our business with property management companies and owners. You'll work closely with various teams to create targeted, impactful campaigns that increase market awareness, generate new business, and expand our relationships with current partners.
You'll lead the full campaign lifecycle, from defining the scope to tracking success. This highly collaborative role involves partnering with marketing and sales teams, as well as our product experts, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results. You'll also be responsible for reporting on key metrics and providing insights that will help us continuously refine our strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage integrated campaigns that drive awareness and new partnerships while nurturing growth with existing clients. This includes supporting our demand generation and event marketing teams with the localized execution of regional campaigns.
- Product Marketing Support: Partner with the product team to plan and execute campaigns for new product launches, focusing on driving adoption and expansion.
- Event Support: Develop and execute campaigns that support our presence at industry events and conferences, driving pre-show engagement and post-show follow-up to generate qualified leads.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign results, using insights to optimize future efforts. You'll regularly review these results with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, sales, product, and content teams to align all multi-channel execution across Apartment List B2B.
- Content Development: Create and leverage reusable content and asset templates for campaigns, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach.
- Innovation: Test and implement new tools, channels, and approaches, with a focus on integrated marketing to reach, engage, and convert key audiences.
- Reporting & Measurement: Define critical success metrics and work with our marketing operations team to forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness, funnel metrics, and overall ROI. You'll be using Salesforce and Iterable to manage and track these efforts.
Marketing Technology & Operations:
- Iterable Mastery: Design, build, and optimize complex multi-step customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns within Iterable. This includes setting up A/B tests, segmentation logic, and ensuring emails are technically flawless and delivered correctly.
- Data & System Integration: Serve as the technical owner for the data flow between Marketing systems. This involves configuring and maintaining real-time signal pushes from Iterable to Salesforce and vice-versa (e.g., email opens/clicks triggering Salesforce updates).
- Social & Engagement Signals: Implement technical solutions to capture external engagement signals (e.g., LinkedIn activity) and use them to trigger corresponding email campaigns in Iterable, creating powerful, timely feedback loops.
- List Management & Governance: Own the health, accuracy, and technical segmentation of all B2B marketing lists within Iterable, ensuring compliance and maximizing deliverability.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in campaigns or integrated marketing, ideally in a B2B or high-growth startup environment.
- Tools: Proven experience with Iterable (or a similar enterprise-level marketing automation platform like Braze, Pardot, or Marketo) is a must. Deep working knowledge of Salesforce (especially Campaign Management and Lead/Contact Objects) and experience with data flow/integration configuration between the CRM and the marketing automation platform. Familiarity with social listening/integration tools (e.g., a LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Marketing Solutions integration or similar API/Webhook setup) is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency: You’re a highly technical marketer who can not only manage a campaign strategy but can also get "under the hood" to build the logic, set up the integrations, and troubleshoot the data flow across systems.
- Strategic Mindset: A "CMO of your own campaign" mindset, valuing planning and strategic execution with a focus on achieving key business goals.
- Data-Driven Approach: You are a results-oriented problem-solver who uses data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns, specifically focused on measuring the ROI of your technical automation efforts.
- Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can build alignment across teams and translate business goals into clear campaign strategies with defined metrics.
- Creativity: You enjoy creating content and are open to innovative ideas to engage our audience.
