The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in marketing analytics, and is skilled in stakeholder partnership and project management with an ownership mindset. Data is at the core of everything we do, and you will play a critical role in equipping the team to scale strategic decision-making across the marketing organization.

  • Define and drive marketing measurement strategy: from performance tracking, to incrementality and attribution models, all the way to demand and cost forecasting
  • Design and analyze experiments to assess new channel opportunities and creative strategies
  • Provide analytical leadership on budgeting and ROI optimization, partnering directly with senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and narratives that drive strategy and execution
  • Collaborate across teams to build scalable tools, dashboards, and reporting that support decision-making

  • A high degree of technical depth: fluency in SQL, comfort working with experimentation and statistical concepts, and programming experience (R or Python)
  • Expertise in complex marketing analytics concepts such as incrementality testing, media mix modeling, LTV analyses, and multi-touch attribution
  • An understanding of how to weave together and track across full funnel from brand through to performance
  • Expertise with Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in building out reporting in visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
  • Familiarity with paid media channels and AdTech platforms
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out to see the big picture while also diving deep into the data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
  • A bias for action and a sense of ownership — you don’t just surface insights, you help drive impact
