AltScore is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to help scale our operations and product offerings during a critical growth phase. This pivotal role will manage key projects across product development, client delivery, and internal operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, experience managing complex projects, and proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities ✔️

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined goals.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead and manage projects using Agile or Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure efficient project execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives, particularly as we scale revenue-driving projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and proactively create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress using relevant tools, ensuring timely updates are shared with internal teams and leadership.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes and implement best practices to support lean, high-performance operations as we scale.
