About the role
As the Product Manager for our Core Experience, you will be the champion of our customers experience across our desktop and mobile interfaces. You'll look after all customer facing surfaces, including APIs customers use to schedule and post their content.
This role is heavily user focused: you'll interact both cross-functionally with other teams at Blaze as well as externally with our customers. You'll collaboratively partner with our engineering, marketing, and design teams to set an ambitious roadmap, jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful experiences, and ship them with high quality. You'll also discover net new parts of our business and lead them from nascent stages to maturity.
This is a highly complex and challenging role that will require you to deeply understand user needs and collaborate across internal and partner teams to build and launch a seamless product experience at scale.
What you'll do:
Work with our leadership team to define and manage product development across the company
Manage our product development process, including bug triage and feature definition
Collaborate with our technical leadership to manage design and technical work and release quality
Work with our customer and marketing teams to identify core product opportunity areas based on customer feedback and data insights
