We are looking for a professional Payroll Specialist to join our growing Payroll team.
- Support and execute end-to-end payroll cycle accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate high execution capabilities in a dynamic environment while meeting team deadlines and maintaining a service-oriented approach.
- Collecting and verifying payroll data from multiple sources.
- Continuously updating Hilan's payroll system and employee databases, ensuring the data is always accurate and up-to-date.
- Handling various payroll processes from start to finish, including data transmissions and producing relevant paperwork: Onboarding , maternity leaves, reserve duty, terminations , 101,161,106 etc.
- Act as a point of reference in payroll related questions and requests in a professional and helpful manner for employees, managers and other team members while maintaining a high level of service and a helpful approach.

- Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.

Requirements
- Valid Payroll Controller certificate and attendance in tutorials and seminars - must.
- At least 5 years of experience as a payroll specialist.
- Strong hands-on experience with payroll-related systems and software –MS Excel , Hilan – must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
- Manage and handle all aspects of payroll, reporting, and reconciliations. ability to meet deadlines, to work both independently and as part of a team. quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour law, tax law and national insurance. keeping up to date in news and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Hebrew.
