The Business Operations Coordinator will support the efficient functioning of the business by managing various operational tasks. This role involves coordinating with different departments (DevOps, Finance, NetOps Legal), handling multiple tasks in parallel, working with multiple vendors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of business projects and initiatives.
- Manage the delivery and installation process of new PoPs.
- Manage the Logistics of all PoP gear and network, including order submission and inventory monitoring.
- Manage and track ongoing tasks, including forecasting.
- Coordinate Operational tasks with various vendors.
- Maintain and update tasks on a weekly basis.
- Provide operational support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- A strong “how can we make it happen” mindset, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to manage and support multiple processes in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- High self-learning ability and motivation to continuously learn new tools and business.
- Familiarity with operational and monitoring tools such as Jira and Grafana (hands-on experience is an advantage).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Basic networking knowledge - An advantage.
- Occasional availability after work hours (on urgent occasions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Economics - Advantage.
- Basic knowledge in network - An advantage.
