- Implement and maintain automated tests for Posture team applications using Playwright.
- Collaborate with the Automation team to utilize their frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality test coverage across new and existing features.
- Own and promote overall quality standards within the Posture team, ensuring features meet agreed quality expectations before release.
- Act as an owner within the Posture team: promote quality standards, mentor developers on testing practices, and help drive a culture of testability and robustness.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining regression and sanity test suites for the Posture domain.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to understand requirements, edge cases, and expected behavior, with a focus on quality and testability.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and automation practices.
- 3+ year of experience developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Strong coding skills in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of OOD/OOP principles.
- Experience with UI testing frameworks, such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience with API automation (GraphQL, REST, or similar).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins) is an advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Ownership mentality: ability to uphold quality and influence best practices across the team.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor teammates on testing techniques and approaches.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-tasking environments, including remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
