Role Overview:


As Aeva scales globally and ramps production, we’re investing in a world-class finance infrastructure built for speed, complexity, and public-company standards.


To support this, we’re launching a Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence in Bangalore. This leader will hire and grow a 3-5 person team, own key global accounting processes, and work hand-in-hand with U.S. HQ and our international entities.


This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to U.S. leadership and global operations.


What you will do:

Build & Lead Finance CoE



  • Establish scalable global processes

  • Hire and manage a 3-5 person team

  • Drive automation and process excellence

  • Ensure strong internal controls and documentation



Global Order-to-Cash



  • Customer onboarding & credit review

  • Global invoicing

  • AR & collections management

  • Revenue support coordination



Global Procure-to-Pay



  • Vendor onboarding

  • Invoice processing & approvals

  • Domestic & international payments

  • AP management



Month-End Close



  • GL accounting & journal entries

  • Prepaids, accruals, fixed assets

  • Balance sheet reconciliations

  • Audit support



International Subsidiaries (Germany, India, Thailand)



  • Statutory compliance & reporting

  • Local GAAP coordination

  • Tax & regulatory oversight



Consolidation



  • Intercompany eliminations

  • FX translation

  • Consolidation into U.S. parent



What you will have:

  • CA (India) qualification is mandatory

  • Background in top-tier audit/assurance firms is required

  • 10-15 years experience in accounting/finance

  • Hands-on NetSuite

  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

  • Experience in hiring and developing teams

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
